Sandy Rotary are working in partnership with ‘Home Start’ - Central Beds with funds for the ‘Helping Hands’ concept to offer the course to:

Laburnum Primary School

Maple Tree Primary School

Robert Peel Primary School

St. Swithun’s C of E VC Primary School

… ‘Helping Hands’ is a six week course (one session a week)

developed by Women’s Aid, for Children aged 7 to 11

The course helps vulnerable children cope with low confidence,

helps them feel safe and how to manage their emotions.

Following lock down children’s anxiety levels are at an all-time high
